Product Introduction

PTFE super-fine powder ST-463 is one type of special made low-molecular-weight PTFE white ultrafine powder (wax). Because of PTFE’s extremely stable molecular structure, this material exhibits excellent features such as chemical inertness, heat resistance, low frictional property, non-stick ability, and good scratch and abrasion resistant properties. This kind of ultrafine powder (wax) can be applied as additive in inks, coatings, engineering plastics, lubricants, etc, to enhance the matrixes’ relative properties.

 Performances:

Performing an extremely high and consistent level of slip and abrasion resistance due to their extremely low coefficient of friction, showing excellent non-stick and delocalization abilities.

 Package, Storage and Caution:

1. The product are packed in damp proof rigid paper drum with two layers of plastic bags, 25kgs net weight per drum;

2. Stored in clean, dry place to avoid possible contamination by dusts, moisture, etc.;

3. Using temperature shall not be over 400℃.
